Lakes Region Vacation Rentals (LRVR) Guest Services and Policies
Each of our rental properties are individually owned which means they are all equipped differently. If you have questions regarding the specifics of your rental property please reach out to us.
Guest Services:
- Hours: LRVR is open 7 days a week from 9-5 PM. Guests will be provided with an emergency phone number at check-in so that our local on-call team member can be reached after hours for urgent matters.
Accepted Payments:
- LRVR accepts personal checks if received no latter than 14 days after booking, cash up to $5,000 and certified checks. Checks should be made payable to "Lakes Region Vacation Rentals, LLC". Returned checks are subject to a $100.00 handling charge. We also accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
Online Booking:
- You will receive a booking request confirmation following your online booking, which places a temporary hold on the property. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a written email confirmation. Confirmation will include your rental agreement to be signed and returned within 3 days to avoid cancellation.
Cancellation Policy:
Travel Insurance:
- Travel insurance is highly recommend to protect you against unforeseen events. Coverage details and assistance services can vary, so we advise you do your research. LRVR reccomends Travel Guard for your protection.
Report All Damages:
- Please report any pre-existing issues or damages no later than the morning following your check-in date. Please address any damages or issues that occur during your stay immediately to LRVR.
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-In: is at 3:00 PM. Each property has specific access details. Early check-ins must be arranged in advance and is not always an option.
- Check-Out: is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be arranged in advance and is not always an option. You may incur additional fees for unapproved late check-out.
Renter Responsibilities:
- Please remember you're renting someones home and are expected to treat it with care. Excess cleaning fees will apply if the property requires more than standard cleaning. Please ensure all trash is sealed and disposed of in designated bins, appliances are clean, and the property is left tidy.
Pets:
- Pets are allowed only in designated properties with prior written consent and are subject to a non-refundable pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and/or additional fees.
Occupancy Regulations:
- Adherence to the maximum occupancy limit set by the property owner is required. Exceeding this limit at any time may result in eviction without refund.
Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. Noise complaints may lead to termination of the rental agreement and immediate eviction without compensation.
Subletting and Gatherings:
- Subletting is prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings, events, or parties may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments.
