What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Cash and personal checks are also accepted.
Can we bring our pets with us? Each property has a specific pet policy. If your property allows pets, you will be required to sign an additional waiver and pay a pet fee. Not sure if your property allows pets? Just send us a message!
What is your cancellation policy? 50% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 0% is refundable if canceled later.
Do you have a linen service? A great perk of renting with LRVR is that each property includes linens, so you don't have to worry about packing anything additional!
What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you require an earlier check-in or later check-out, please contact us in advance to see if accommodations can be made.
Is Wi-Fi available at the property? Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all our properties. Login details are provided upon check-in.
Is parking available? Parking is available at each property. Specific details regarding the number of spaces and any associated fees can be found in your rental agreement.
Are there cleaning services available during my stay? Cleaning services upon departure are included in your stay. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available for a fee. Please contact us if you would like to arrange extra cleaning services.
What should I do if I need assistance during my stay? Our guest services team is available 24/7. You can reach us via phone, email, or message for any assistance or emergencies during your stay.
Is there a fully equipped kitchen in the property? All our properties come with a fully equipped kitchen, including appliances, cookware, and utensils, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
